As a former Marine and Afghan war veteran, Dwight understands the importance fitness and healthy living has on your life. Dwight has spent his entire life in sports and fitness. He played professional basketball in China for a couple of years after graduating high school. Dwight is a certified personal trainer at Dynamic Athletix and an instructor of Circuit EXURO. His energy in the training room will “GET THE PEOPLE GOING”!!!
Amy has devoted the last 15 years of her life to studying and teaching various modalities of exercise and fitness, which includes Pilates, The Body Code System, Barre, Olympic Weightlifting, Spin, and Athletic Performance Training. She is a certified Master Personal Trainer in the Body Code System and has studied under the renowned Pino Carbone both in Florence, Italy and at The Boston Ballet. She uses her extensive knowledge of movement to help all levels of fitness enthusiasts. Amy is the lead instructor for EXURO Barre class, and teaches a Spin and Pilates fusion class called Spinilates.
Kim Ball is a true spin enthusiast and personal trainer! Kim studied Kinesiology at Southern Utah University and studied Olympic lifting for 5 years. She has been doing her own personal training and Spin with athletes for over 15 years. Kim owns a business, so spin is her hobby, not her job. Kari came to Palm Desert from her home on Big Bear Lake in 2001 and she quickly obtained her personal trainer and Spin certifications. Kari has always been fascinated with fitness at all levels and she enjoys challenging her physical capabilities at the gym with body weight, strength and weight training. She also enjoys running and hiking. She loves encouraging and motivating others to go beyond their expectations. Since she started instructing Spin classes at EXURO she feels like she is living her dream! “Every class leaves me with a feeling of accomplishment knowing my athletes pushed themselves through the class, felt great and had an awesome workout while having fun!” She looks forward to continuing her education in the fitness industry. Her objective is to inspire and motivate others with her drive, positive energy and personal experiences. She truly believes that any individual’s fitness goals are attainable with proper nutrition, exercise and desire, no matter what their limitations!
Sarah has always been interested and passionate about fitness. She participates in a wide range of workouts, from EXURO Barre to Olympic weightlifting. Sarah is an innovative and versatile trainer. She is a firm believer in high intensity and interval training in order to get her clients effective and sustainable results. Sarah’s ultimate goal is for her clients to reach unexpected fitness levels in every session, while providing fun and high-energy workouts for all ages.
With a total body health and wellness approach to life, Jenna is a Certified Nutrition Coach and Licensed Esthetician, but being a personal fitness coach is where her heart is! She loves teaching fitness classes today just as much as she did in her first class over 10 years ago. Being a busy mom to a toddler, Jenna also understands that the one hour you have to workout may be the only “you” time you get that day… and you must take full advantage! She makes sure each person in her classes gets attention, motivates them to safely step out of their comfort zones, maybe laugh a little and hopefully encourage them to fall in love with fitness. Jenna is NASM and ISSA certified fitness trainer and women’s fitness specialist and holds Sports Yoga, Barre, Spinning, Zumba, Insanity and TurboKick group fitness certifications. Her energy and enthusiasm for fitness is contagious and inspirational and you will love every class!

Playing basketball and running cross-country, it didn’t take long for her to decide that she wanted to get involved in the fitness industry. Born and raised in Palm Desert, California. Coach Jason has always been down for sports of any kind growing up. He began training at Dynamic Athletix his junior year of high school and began gaining a knowledge of olympic lifting, sports specific athletic training and how important nutrition and health is. He also played basketball during 3 years of High school and was trained by the former Harlem Globetrotter, John “Showboat” Lane. Jason has since realized that he loves helping and motivating others to reach their fitness and health goals as well as any other goals that they have. He is currently working on obtaining a degree in the arts and pursuing his dreams to become an actor. His motivational quote for everyone he meets is to, Find your dream and never stop chasing them! You will always progress if you don t stop moving forward.
Mark Pablico was the recent artistic director of Project M, a professional hip-hop dance company based in San Francisco, CA. He is an acclaimed Bay Area entertainer and choreographer who loves to share his creative style with the community. Since he began dancing in 2005, he s learned that he has a passion for movement and teaching other people to move to music. Justin, aka “Grizz”, is a bodybuilder and sponsored physique athletes. Jenn Hansen is a former ballet dancer from Coeur d’ Alene, Idaho. She danced for the University of Arizona and then continued her education teaching group fitness. Her passion for fitness originated from her dance background and experiences, through both ballet, modern, and jazz companies. Jenn loves to share her passion for movement and fitness and is always inspired by her fellow colleagues and clientele as they motivated her to teach more effectively and positively.
